We will send a reply email with the confirmation of your order. If your exact strap or buckle is not in stock we will advise a similar style. Obviously we will not send without purchasers approval.

All pieces are available in different finishes. All pieces are custom
made so please allow up to 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. But we will
do our best to get it to you as fast as possible! Please contact me for

Orders will be shipped as soon as possible. All orders will be shipped via FedEx ground insured at a rate of $7.00 per shipment (order of 1 belt) or $10.00 for 2 or more belts. If you need it sooner, please let us know and we'll do our best to get it to you.
We ship world wide, please request shipping quote.
8.25% sales tax will be automatically charged to all NY residents.
Orders are accepted through an online shopping cart linked to PayPal. We feel this is the most convenient and secure method of paying while shopping on-line. If you have not used PayPal before, it will ask you to provide your e-mail address and to choose a password. This is done solely to protect your secure information during the transaction.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Merchandise can be exchanged within 3 - 4 weeks of receipt of merchandise. Email info@allisondanieldesigns.com for confirmation and to check the stock of desired exchange. Additional shipping costs will be applied to exchanged items.
We
accept returns for any reason within 3 - 4 weeks of receipt of
merchandise. Please ship items to the following address making sure they
are well packed and insured. Allison Daniel Designs is not responsible
for items that are lost in the mail.
